Ingredients

Scale

1 lb center-cut salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into cubes

0.5 tsp sea salt

0.5 tsp garlic powder

0.25 tsp smoked paprika

0.125 tsp black pepper

12 tsp honey (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil

Olive oil spray

Bang Bang Sauce:

0.5 cup Kewpie mayonnaise

3 tbsp rice vinegar

0.51 tsp sriracha or chili sauce

1 clove garlic, grated

0.5 tbsp light soy sauce or 1 tbsp coconut aminos

0.5 tsp sugar

1.5 tbsp ketchup

2 pinches sea salt

Garnish:

Chopped scallions

Toasted sesame seeds or furikake


Instructions

1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch chunks after removing the skin.

2. Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, olive oil, and honey.

3. Air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes or bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.

4. Combine all sauce ingredients and mix until smooth.

5. Drizzle or dip salmon with the prepared sauce.

6. Top with scallions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Choose center-cut salmon for even cooking.

Reheat using an air fryer or broiler for best texture.

Store sauce and salmon separately for freshness.
