Description
Golden potato bites filled with cheddar cheese and coated in garlic butter. Baked or air-fried to crisp perfection, they’re easy, cheesy, and always a hit.
Ingredients
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: paprika or red pepper flakes
Optional: breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
Instructions
1. Boil diced potatoes until soft, mash without adding liquid.
2. Stir in cheddar, Parmesan, parsley, and seasoning.
3. Shape into balls and press a cheese cube in the center.
4. Melt butter and garlic, then brush over each bite.
5. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 12–15 minutes.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
Notes
Use mozzarella for a different texture.
Add sautéed onions or spinach for variety.
Freeze shaped bites before baking for easy prep.
