Ingredients
4 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup chunky salsa or salsa verde
1/4 cup chicken broth
Flour tortillas
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
2. Add the shredded chicken along with onion powder, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir well.
3. Mix in the salsa and chicken broth. Add lime juice and stir to combine.
4. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, adding more broth if needed.
5. Serve warm in tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Try using salsa verde for a tangy twist.
Add corn or black beans for texture and variety.
For a lighter version, use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
