Ingredients

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon matcha powder
0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Place Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl
2. Add milk and maple syrup
3. Sprinkle in chia seeds and sifted matcha powder
4. Whisk until smooth and evenly combined
5. Stir in vanilla extract
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
