Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into wedges.
3. Mix potatoes with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Coat the potatoes in grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Place wedges on a baking sheet, crust side down.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
7. Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
