These frozen bites blend creamy Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and mini chocolate chips into the perfect high-protein snack or dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
3. Line a tray with parchment paper.
4. Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the tray.
5. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
6. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
