Description

Frozen yogurt bark is a quick and healthy frozen dessert featuring Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy toppings like granola and chocolate chips. It’s perfect for warm days or anytime you want a cool, easy snack.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1⁄2 cup sliced strawberries

1⁄2 cup blueberries

1⁄4 cup granola

23 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

1⁄4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish or sheet tray with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined tray, about 1/4 inch thick.

4. Top with strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips. Press toppings gently into the yogurt.

5. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until solid.

6. Remove from freezer, break into pieces, and serve or store for later.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for best texture.

Cut toppings small for even distribution and easy eating.

Store bark in layers separated by parchment paper to avoid sticking.
