Description
Crispy, buttery garlic bread on the outside and gooey melted cheese inside — this easy sandwich is ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter, softened
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried parsley
4 slices bread
1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
2. Spread the garlic butter over one side of each bread slice.
3. Place two slices butter-side down. Top with shredded cheese.
4. Add the remaining bread, butter-side up.
5. Cook sandwiches in a skillet over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
6. Flip and toast the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
Use thicker bread for better crunch.
Try different cheese combos for variety.
