Description
Garlic Butter Spaghetti with Cheesy Italian Sausage and Spinach is a quick and comforting pasta dish ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
400g spaghetti
250g Italian sausage
3 cups fresh spinach
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
2. Brown Italian sausage in olive oil and set aside.
3. Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
5. Return sausage and toss with spaghetti.
6. Add mozzarella and Parmesan, cover and melt.
7. Season and serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for best melting.
Do not overcook spinach.
Add reserved pasta water if sauce appears dry.
