Description
Honey Garlic Pork Stir Fry with tender pork cubes coated in a glossy sweet and savory garlic sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb pork shoulder or boneless pork ribs, cubed
2 tsp cornstarch
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp low sodium stock
1–2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot sauce
Chili flakes, parsley, scallions
Instructions
1. Toss pork with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat oil and butter in skillet.
3. Sear pork until golden and cooked through.
4. Add garlic and cook briefly.
5. Stir in honey, stock, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
6. Simmer until sauce thickens.
7. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Cook pork in batches for best browning.
Adjust lemon and spice levels to taste.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to three days.
