A creamy one pan keto skillet made with ground beef, broccoli, cheddar cheese, and heavy cream.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
3 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil and brown the ground beef
2. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened
3. Stir in broccoli and mix evenly
4. Season with salt pepper garlic powder and onion powder
5. Cover and cook until broccoli is tender crisp
6. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream
7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and cook until melted
8. Add Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes then serve warm

Substitute ground turkey for lighter option
