Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 small head of cabbage, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 inch ginger, minced

3 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: red pepper flakes for heat


Instructions

1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Sauté garlic and ginger until aromatic.

3. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned.

4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

5. Add cabbage and cook until slightly tender.

6. Garnish with green onions and optional pepper flakes, then serve.

Notes

Use coconut aminos for soy-free.
