Million Dollar Deviled Eggs take a familiar favorite and enhance it with butter for a creamy, rich, and crowd-pleasing dish that’s simple yet impressive.
Ingredients
12 large eggs
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons pickle juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Place eggs in boiling water and cook for 13 minutes.
2. Cool the eggs in an ice water bath for 5 minutes.
3. Peel and slice each egg in half lengthwise.
4. Scoop out the yolks and mash them in a bowl.
5. Add mayonnaise, butter, mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks.
6. Mix until smooth and creamy.
7. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
9. Garnish with paprika, chives, or bacon if desired.
Notes
Use slightly older eggs for easier peeling.
