Description

Crispy oven baked Parmesan crusted chicken made with panko breadcrumbs for a juicy and flavorful dinner.


Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Prepare flour egg and breadcrumb stations

3. Pat chicken dry

4. Coat chicken in flour

5. Dip in beaten eggs

6. Press into panko Parmesan mixture

7. Place on baking sheet and drizzle oil

8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit

9. Rest 5 minutes before serving

Notes

Spray lightly with cooking spray for extra crispiness

Air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes

Serve with fresh lemon juice for brightness
