Description

Creamy frozen Greek yogurt cups blended with peanut butter and protein powder, topped with chocolate. A perfect make-ahead snack or healthy dessert alternative.


Ingredients

Scale

¾ cup granola, slightly crushed

1 ¼ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

⅓ cup natural peanut butter

¾ cup vanilla protein powder (6870 g)

⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Optional: flaky sea salt, extra granola for topping


Instructions

1. Add crushed granola to the base of a silicone muffin pan.

2. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and protein powder in a bowl.

3. Spoon the mixture over the granola layer and smooth it out.

4. Freeze for 30 minutes to set the filling.

5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.

6. Top each cup with chocolate and desired toppings.

7. Freeze for 45 minutes or until fully set.

8. Let sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use dairy-free ingredients to make the recipe vegan.

Substitute peanut butter with a seed butter for nut-free version.
