Juicy grilled pork skewers with sweet pineapple and smoky BBQ glaze.
Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Whisk BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
3. Toss pork, pineapple, onion, and bell pepper with marinade.
4. Thread onto skewers alternating ingredients.
5. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes turning frequently.
6. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers before grilling.
