Ingredients
1 ball pizza dough
1 ball fresh burrata cheese
4 to 6 slices thinly sliced prosciutto
1 to 2 tablespoons high quality honey
Olive oil for brushing
Fresh basil leaves

Flour for rolling out dough
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F and heat pizza stone.
2. Roll out dough evenly.
3. Brush with olive oil and bake 7 to 10 minutes.
