Creamy Ranch Slow-Cooker Pork Chops made with tender pork simmered in a rich herb sauce.
Ingredients
4 to 6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Spray slow cooker lightly with cooking spray
2. Place pork chops in single layer
3. Mix soups, milk, bouillon, and seasonings
4. Pour mixture over pork chops
5. Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours
6. Check internal temperature reaches 145°F
7. Serve warm with sauce spooned on top
Notes
Use thicker pork chops for best results
Keep lid closed during cooking
Add milk when reheating if sauce thickens
