A creamy baked corn side dish inspired by the classic steakhouse favorite. This Ruth’s Chris corn pudding recipe features sweet corn and a soft custard texture.
Ingredients
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1/4 cup milk
3 large eggs whisked
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon melted butter
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a casserole dish
2. Whisk eggs in a large mixing bowl
3. Add cream style corn and whole kernel corn and mix gently
4. Stir in milk and melted butter
5. Add cornstarch and sugar and mix until smooth
6. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish
7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until lightly golden
8. Allow pudding to rest before serving
