Scale

4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

2. Pat salmon dry and place on sheet.

3. Brush with olive oil and season evenly.
