Shamrock Lasagna is a layered mint cheesecake dessert with a chocolate cookie crust, perfect for festive celebrations.
Ingredients
36 Oreos finely crushed
1 stick unsalted butter melted
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tubs 8 oz each whipped topping thawed divided
3 boxes 3.4 oz cheesecake instant pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon mint extract
Green gel food coloring
Oreo crumbs for garnish
Whipped topping for garnish
Maraschino cherries
Green sprinkles
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
3. Press mixture into 9×13 baking dish and bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely.
4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and one tub whipped topping until smooth.
5. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.
6. Blend pudding mixes with cold milk until thick.
7. Mix in remaining whipped topping.
8. Add mint extract and green gel coloring.
9. Spread pudding layer over cream cheese layer.
10. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
11. Garnish with Oreo crumbs, whipped topping, cherries, and sprinkles before serving.
Notes
Use gel food coloring for vibrant green color.
Chill overnight for best texture.
Store covered in refrigerator up to 4 days.
