Description

Shamrock Spinach Tortilla Roll-Ups feature green spinach tortillas filled with seasoned cream cheese and fresh vegetables, sliced into festive shamrock pinwheels.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

1/2 cup shredded carrots

Instructions

1. Mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth.

2. Spread evenly over each spinach tortilla.

3. Sprinkle carrots and red pepper across the surface.

4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
