A flavorful sheet pan meal with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a bold teriyaki ginger sesame marinade. Perfect for quick dinners.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
8 oz broccoli florets
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1½ tbsp sesame seeds
For the Marinade:
½ cup teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk together all marinade ingredients.
3. Place chicken, broccoli, and peppers in a bowl.
4. Add half of the marinade and toss. Let sit for 10 minutes.
5. Spread mixture onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing halfway.
7. Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining marinade.
8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for more flavor. Add other vegetables like mushrooms or snap peas. Prepare the marinade ahead for faster prep.
