Ingredients
4 pork chops boneless or bone in
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 cups chicken broth or beef broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water optional
1 tablespoon cooking oil optional
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet and brown pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes per side
2. Transfer pork chops to the slow cooker
3. Add garlic soy sauce honey and broth to the skillet and stir well
4. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops
5. Cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours until tender
6. Remove pork chops from the slow cooker
7. Whisk cornstarch mixture into the sauce and cook until thickened
8. Serve pork chops topped with the warm gravy
