Crispy Spicy Tso-Style Wings coated in a sweet and spicy Asian inspired glaze, perfect for game day or parties.
Ingredients
3–4 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup cornstarch
Oil spray
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Sriracha
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons fresh ginger
Instructions
1. Pat wings dry and coat with cornstarch.
2. Cook wings using air fryer, oven, or deep fryer.
3. Simmer sauce ingredients until thick.
4. Toss hot wings with warm sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust Sriracha for heat preference.
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions.
Toss just before serving for best crispiness.
