Description
A festive St. Patrick’s Day Brownie Trifle made with fudgy brownies, green vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and Mint Oreos layered into a beautiful party dessert.
Ingredients
1 box family size brownie mix plus required ingredients
2 boxes 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups cold milk
Green gel food coloring as needed
1 tub 8 oz frozen whipped topping thawed
15 Mint Oreo cookies coarsely crushed
Instructions
1. Bake brownies according to package directions in a 9 by 13 inch pan and cool completely
2. Cut cooled brownies into 1 inch cubes
3. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes and add green gel coloring
4. Let pudding set for 5 minutes
5. Crush Mint Oreos into crumbs and chunks
6. Layer half brownies, half pudding, half whipped topping, and cookies in trifle bowl
7. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients
8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving
