Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter softened
4 cups powdered sugar sifted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 to 4 tablespoons heavy cream or whole milk
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Beat softened butter until creamy.
2. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar mixing on low speed.
3. Add vanilla extract and salt then mix.
4. Add cream and beat 3 to 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
5. Adjust consistency with additional cream or powdered sugar.
6. Use immediately or store properly.
