Ingredients

½ cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt

½ cup chopped dark chocolate (60% cacao)

¾ cup all-purpose or 1:1 gluten-free flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ cup unsweetened milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 cup sugar-free or dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper.

2. Melt chopped dark chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

3. Whisk in Greek yogurt until fully blended. Add sweetener and mix again.

4. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Stir gently until combined.

5. Pour in the milk and stir until batter is thick and spreadable.

6. Fold in chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping if desired.

7. Transfer batter to the pan and spread evenly.

8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

10. Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts.
