Ingredients
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 pork tenderloins, about 1 pound each
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
3. Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels.
4. Use a sharp knife to remove any silver skin.
5. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over every side of the pork.
6. Place the tenderloins in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Use pork tenderloin, not pork loin, because the two cuts differ in size and cooking time.
