Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños, sliced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ranch dressing
4 hamburger buns
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat
2. Mix beef, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper together
3. Divide mixture into 8 thin patties
4. Spread cream cheese over 4 patties
5. Add jalapeños and cheddar cheese
6. Top with remaining patties and seal edges
7. Cook burgers 4 to 5 minutes per side
8. Toast buns until lightly golden
9. Place burgers on buns
10. Drizzle ranch dressing over burgers and serve hot

Seal burger edges tightly before cooking
Cook burgers to an internal temperature of 160°F
