Ingredients
2 racks pork baby back ribs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 275°F
2. Remove membrane from ribs
3. Mix dry rub ingredients together
4. Season both sides of the ribs
5. Wrap ribs tightly in foil
6. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours
7. Brush ribs with vinegar mixture
8. Broil briefly for crispy edges
9. Rest before slicing
10. Serve warm
