Ingredients

1 tbsp adobo sauce

4 garlic cloves

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 lime

1 cup white rice

2 cups water or broth

1/2 cup cilantro

1 can black beans

1 cup corn

Romaine lettuce

Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

1. Combine marinade ingredients and coat chicken pieces

2. Cook cilantro lime rice until fluffy
